At Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and only minutes from Central Park, our eight-acre campus spans two city blocks. Here you will find our School of Law with its nine LL.M concentrations and clinical programs such as Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center – offering students hands-on experience in high-stakes litigation cases – Gabelli School of Business, School of Professional and Continuing Studies, Graduate School of Education, and School of Social Service are also based.

The curriculum at Cornell Law is both rigorous and balanced, offering both substantive theory and ample hands-on lawyering experiences for its students. Fordham Law’s queer student affinity group OUTLaws launched this fall a task force dedicated to supporting transgender and non-binary students, while its Black Student Association hosted an insightful panel discussion about affirmative action’s effects in higher education.

At the Law School, all 1Ls are assigned a House –a close-knit subcommunity–which they will identify with throughout their time here. This innovative approach to the 1L experience fosters community and inclusion while optimizing learning processes for every individual student. They are led by a faculty House Leader as well as designated upper-year student advisors, alumni mentors and administrative liaisons who guide their life at this close-knit subcommunity of our campus community.

Fordham students often participate in global study abroad programs, giving them an opportunity to immerse themselves in foreign legal systems and collaborate with colleagues from different nations. By immersing themselves in these new environments, students gain a better understanding of global marketplace and develop leadership qualities essential for global environments.
